At Ananda Khalsa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original jewelry box and protective packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable and insured shipping method to the return address provided in our confirmation email.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
